Elur Linear Matrix Compensation Plan Explained

Basically there are only 3 Ways to qualify for the linear matrix compensation plan:

1. Personally Sponsored (PS):  No. of independent distributors and preferred customers that you personally sponsored.


2. Personally Sponsored Rank (PSR): No. of independent distributors that you help move up in rank.


3. Personal Volume (PV): Products that you have purchased (1 PV = 1 Dollar).

Here are the details on how you can move up in rank, i.e. the qualifications. There are basically 7 Ranks in the Elur Compensation Plan: Bronze, Silver, Gold, PLATINUM, EMERALD, RUBY, and SAPPHIRE.

BRONZE (PV = 49)

If you personally sponsored 1 person into Elur (PS = 1*), you are going to earn 5% on the Next 5 orders that come into the company (no matter who sponsor them or where they are placed).

Assume everyone orders a minimum of $100.00. You will get 5% of ($100.00 x 5 Orders), and you will be guaranteed a min. of $25.00 on Level 1.

SILVER  (PV = 49)

If you Personally Sponsored 2 more people; which is a TOTAL of 3 (PS = 3*), you will qualify for Level 2 and going to earn another 3% on the Next 25 orders that come into the company.

Assume everyone orders a minimum of $100.00. You will get 3% of ($100.00 x 25 Orders) and you will be guaranteed a min. $75.00 on Level 2. You will have made a total of [$25.00 + $75.00 = $100.00] when you reach Silver.

GOLD (PV = 100)

If you Personally Sponsored 2 more people; which is a TOTAL of 5 (PS = 5*), And help 3 of them to sponsor 3 people or Reach SILVER (PSR = 3), you will qualify for Level 3 and going to earn another 3% on the Next 125 orders that come into the company.

Assume everyone orders a minimum of $100.00.  You will get 3% of ($100.00 x 125 Orders) and you will be guaranteed a min. of $375.00 on Level 3. You will have made a total of [$100.00 + $375.00 = $475.00]

PLATINUM (PV = 100)

If you Personally Sponsored 5 more people; which is a TOTAL of 10 (PS = 10*), And help 5 of them to Reach GOLD (PSR = 5), you will qualify for Level 4 and going to earn another 3% on the Next 625 orders that come into the company.

Assume everyone orders a minimum of $100.00.  You will get 3% of ($100.00 x 625 Orders) and you will be guaranteed a min. of $1,875.00 on Level 4. You will have made a total of [$475.00 + $1,875.00 = $2,350.00]

EMERALD (PV = 100)

If you Personally Sponsored 10 more people; which is a TOTAL of 20 (PS = 20*), And help 6 of them to Reach PLATINUM (PSR = 6), you will qualify for Level 5 and going to earn another 3% on the Next 3,125 orders that come into the company.

Assume everyone orders a minimum of $100.00.  You will get 3% of ($100.00 x 3,125 Orders) and you will be guaranteed a min. of $9,375.00 on Level 5. You will have made a total of [$2,350.00 + $9,375.00 = $11,725.00]

RUBY (PV = 150)

If you Personally Sponsored 5 more people; which is a TOTAL of 25 (PS = 25*), And help 7 of them to Reach EMERALD (PSR = 7), you will qualify for Level 6 and going to earn another 6% on the Next 15,625 orders that come into the company.

Assume everyone orders a minimum of $100.00.  You will get 6% of ($100.00 x 15,625 Orders) and you will be guaranteed a min. of $93,750.00 on Level 6. You will have made a total of [$11,725.00 + $93,750.00 = $105,475.00]

SAPPHIRE (PV = 150)

If you Personally Sponsored 5 more people; which is a TOTAL of 30 (PS = 30*), And help 8 of them to Reach RUBY (PSR = 8), you will qualify for Level 7 and going to earn another 7% on the Next 78,125 orders that come into the company.

Assume everyone orders a minimum of $100.00.  You will get 7% of ($100.00 x 78,125 Orders) and you will be guaranteed a min. of $546,875.00 on Level 7. You will have made a total of [$105,475.00 + $546,875.00 = $652,350.00]

* Note that the PS can be a combination of Independent Distributors and Preferred Customers.
